Angmarna will collect client’s personal information such as name, address, phone number and email address for the sole purpose of providing our services to clients. This information will not be shared with any third party without the client’s permission and will be stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss, and from unauthorised access or disclosure.
HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
WHERE YOUR DATA IS SENT
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
When personal information is no longer required for the purpose for which it was obtained we will take reasonable steps to destroy it. However, it will be stored in clients files which will be kept for a minimum of 7 years as per legal requirements.
Payment is required when booking, or at time of session.
A full refund will be given if an individual prepaid session is cancelled within the guidelines of our cancellation policy.
Where a client has paid for a series of classes run as a complete course or workshop, refunds cannot be given if one or more sessions are missed. Angmarna will however endeavour to provide ‘catch up’ sessions where genuine reasons exist for non-attendance but cannot guarantee this.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Angmarna we understand that in today’s busy lifestyle it is sometimes necessary to reorganise things, but we kindly advise that in consideration of our staff and other clients, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment.
If a client cancels for any reason less than 24 hours prior to appointment time 50% of the fee will be charged.
PROMPT ATTENDANCE
Angmarna asks that clients be prompt when arriving for their session times.
In the case of one on one sessions beginning later than the agreed time we are unable to extend the finish time which means our clients will be unable to receive the full benefit of their experience.
In the case of sessions with more than one participant, in consideration for others and due to the nature of meditation, we are unable to allow latecomers to join once the session has begun.
